Today we were on Good Things Utah! Our Chef and Owner shared how to make our delicious Bruschetta and Garlic Toast Points!!

Bruschetta
  • 4 Large Tomatoes- chopped
  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion -Chopped
Add to taste:
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • White Pepper
  • Fresh Basil- Chopped
Mix all ingredients together. Serve on top of toast points or with tortilla chips.
